PTFE dispersion is a polytetrafluoroethylene aqueous dispersion containing non-ionic surface active stabilizer, which is a modified polytetrafluoroethylene aqueous dispersion adding trace modified comonomer in the polymerization process. Their appearance is milky white or slightly yellow, its products have excellent thermal stability, outstanding chemical inertia, excellent electrical insulation performance and low friction coefficient and other characteristics. The processing methods mainly include impregnation, spraying, spinning and film casting. PTFE dispersion can accept more filling material than other PTFE resin powders.
